There's nothing more comforting than a hot bowl of homemade soup to warm you through on a cold day. And it tastes even better when you don't have to put in too much effort making it!
Here's a collection of easy and delicious Instant Pot soup recipes that are on rotation in my home. Most of these come together in 30 minutes.
This list includes my family's and reader's favorite vegetarian, chicken, gluten-free and vegan soup recipes that can be made in an Instant Pot.
These hearty and healthy soups are perfect for weeknights, many of these are that put dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less.
Why Make Soups in an Instant Pot
All of these recipes include a Stove-top as well as an Instant Pot recipe. But I have to say, I love making soups in my Instant pot pressure cooker. I don't make them any other way now.
The level of flavor building and infusion that is created in less than 10 minutes of pressure cooking is unbelievable! And the best part is that it's hands-off cooking time. I get time to do other chores while dinner is practically cooking itself! So, let's get this party started!
